Cider is pretty fun. It’s alcoholic, it’s fruity, and the gluten-intolerant don’t have to be sad and sober. Logan Mclean, the assistant brewer at Minneapolis’ Sociable Cider Werks, has fun making cider. He took Urban Plains through his cidery’s process. I had no clue what he was talking about most of the time, but I knew I was a fan of the fruits of his labor. So, I turned to my pal Google.
