Meditation and mindfulness can come in many different forms. During these hectic times it is easy for our minds to fall into helplessness and fear. Meditation is not only a great way to practice mindfulness, but it is also wonderful for overall health and wellness. Tracee Ellis Ross once said, “meditation is doing what you’re doing while doing it.” Many people think meditation is a monolithic practice, but in this episode, I explore some of the many ways you can practice meditation and mindfulness.
